1. Definitions and Interpretation

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bbm4d strictly enforces age verification and will immediately terminate any account found to belong to a minor.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bbm4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.

3.2 Account Creation

When registering for a bbm4d account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must:

• Create only one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Use your real, legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number that you have access to, as these will be used for account verification and communication.
• Choose a secure password that meets our security requirements and keep it confidential at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bbm4d immediately via email at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbm4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, we require all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), showing all four corners and with no information obscured.
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your full name and current residential address.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the ID document.

We typically process KYC submissions within 1-24 hours. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. You may continue to deposit and play while verification is pending, but withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed. All documents submitted are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account is in good standing and you have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2-6 hours for verified accounts, with 98% completed within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and previously used for deposits.

bbm4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or suspicious withdrawal requests. We do not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts, though your receiving bank may impose fees. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times and may be subject to additional security checks.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are promotional credits subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates or be excluded entirely. Bonus terms are displayed at the time of each promotion and must be reviewed carefully. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

7. Game Rules and Betting Integrity

All games and betting markets offered on bbm4d are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game interface. By placing a bet or playing a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. bbm4d reserves the right to void any bet or game result in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraud.

Sports betting odds are determined by professional traders using real-time data feeds and may change without notice. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of a canceled or postponed sporting event, bets will be voided and stakes refunded according to standard industry practice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbm4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of bbm4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from bbm4d.

9. Limitation of Liability

bbm4d provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bbm4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

bbm4d is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bbm4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, minus any applicable fees or charges.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of bbm4d services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.
